Cancellation Policy

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total appointment cost is required at the time of booking. For weddings involving two or more individuals, a 50% non-refundable deposit will apply. Appointment Cancellations: Clients who cancel their appointment at least 24 hours in advance to the appointment date/time may transfer their deposit one time to a rescheduled appointment, provided the new appointment is booked within 30 days of the original appointment date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for deposit transfer or refund. Late Fees: There will be a surcharge of $15 per every 10 minutes over start time allotted to the client. Please ensure to arrive on time to avoid additional charges. After 20 minutes Nadia Sarfo reserves the right to cancel the appointment(s). No Guests: For in-studio appointments, clients are asked not to bring guests unless the guest is also scheduled in for an appointment on the same day. Travel Fees: A travel fee starting at $60 plus $0.80/km roundtrip to the location where client(s) wish to receive their application(s) will apply. Travel costs are calculated after booking. Booking deposits remain non-refundable. For travel inquiries prior to booking, please contact Nadia Sarfo Satisfaction Guarantee: Makeup will be completed to the clients satisfaction. Acceptance of the completed makeup application is acknowledgement by the client that the makeup is done to the clients satisfaction. Photography: All photos taken by Nadia Sarfo or a photographer on the day of the appointment may be used for promotional use (e.g social media, portfolio, website). Liability: All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between every makeup application. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be communicated by the client to the artist prior to the application day. Clients agree to release the makeup artist Nadia Sarfo from liability for any skin complications due to products used during the application(s). Payment: The final balance is due on or before the day of the application prior to beginning the appointment — no exceptions. Acceptable payment methods include debit card, credit card (2.5% fee), Apple/Google Pay, and cash. The person who scheduled the appointment is financially responsible for the total remaining balance due at the time of service.
